* Fees quoted are for assistance with completion, review, and submission of application package. To further simplify the process, LCR can complete the application for the client for an additional $20 per page including attachments that LCR creates. LCR does not charge per page for documents it does not create such as financial statements, resumes, and fingerprint cards.
